GRAMMY Award-winning global icon Burna Boy teams up with multiplatinum superstar Shaboozey for the introspective and genre-bending new single “Change Your Mind”, out now. Blending Burna’s signature Afrofusion with Shaboozey’s country-rap roots, the collaboration marks a powerful first-time pairing of two Nigerian-American trailblazers.
Produced by Bantu, Dr. Chaii, Rodaidh McDonald, and Nick Bailey, the track appears on Burna Boy’s much-anticipated eighth studio album, No Sign Of Weakness, also out July 11. The 16-track project explores identity, resilience, and power through an expansive sonic journey, merging Afrofusion with reggae, Brazilian funk, country, and soul. Featured guests include Stromae, Travis Scott, and Mick Jagger.
The official music video, premiering the same day, was filmed at the ranch of the iconic Compton Cowboys, known for challenging stereotypes and celebrating Black equestrian culture. The visuals mirror the song’s themes of identity and legacy, showcasing Burna Boy and Shaboozey in a powerful, cinematic setting.
No Sign Of Weakness spans 16 tracks and sees Burna Boy further expanding his global sound.
